Welcome to Sidhu Transportation. By booking, using, or engaging our transportation and logistics services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Sidhu Transportation provides freight transportation, logistics, and related services, including but not limited to state-to-state trucking, cargo transport, and delivery services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance.

2. Booking & Acceptance

  • All service requests must be confirmed by Sidhu Transportation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services at our discretion.

  • Any changes to bookings must be communicated promptly and approved in writing.

3. Rates & Payment

  • Rates are agreed upon prior to shipment unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment terms are outlined on invoices or service agreements.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

  • Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, tolls, and regulatory fees unless otherwise agreed.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate shipment details (weight, size, contents, destination).

  • Ensure cargo is properly packed, labeled, and compliant with all laws.

  • Disclose any hazardous, fragile, or restricted materials in advance.

  • Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

5. Prohibited Items

Sidhu Transportation does not transport:

  • Illegal or prohibited goods

  • Undeclared hazardous materials

  • Items restricted by law or safety regulations

Failure to disclose such items may result in immediate termination of service and liability for damages.

6. Liability & Claims

  • Sidhu Transportation’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, acts of God, or government actions.

  • Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within [3 ] days of delivery.

7. Insurance

  • Basic carrier insurance may apply as required by law.

  • Additional insurance coverage is the responsibility of the customer unless agreed in writing.

  • Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

Sidhu Transportation is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, labor disputes, or road closures.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in advance.

  • Late cancellations may incur fees to cover dispatch, fuel, or administrative costs.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sidhu Transportation be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or delays.

11. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sidhu Transportation from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Incorrect shipment information

  • Violation of laws

  • Improper packaging or labeling

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of [New Jersey], United States.

13. Changes to Terms

Sidhu Transportation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
